These Terms & Conditions govern bookings for tours, transfers, and custom requests made through TRAVELLERS.AM. By submitting a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

1) Service scope

  • We provide a booking platform for tours, transfers, and driver services in Armenia.
  • Final trip details (route, timing, duration, and total price) are confirmed in the booking confirmation message.

2) Booking and confirmation

  • A booking is considered accepted only after you receive our confirmation.
  • We may contact you to verify details or adjust logistics before final confirmation.
  • If provided information is inaccurate or incomplete, confirmation may be delayed or declined.

3) Payment terms

  • The minimum deposit is 10,000 AMD.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is paid on the day of the service.
  • All official prices are in AMD. Other currencies are shown for convenience only.

4) Payment methods

  • Bank transfer — transfer the agreed amount to the company’s bank account. You may pay in dram, rubles, US dollars, or euros.
  • Card payment — at the company office via POS terminal using Visa/Mastercard. Excursion amounts are quoted in Armenian dram, but you may pay with a card in any currency (your bank applies the conversion). The company does not charge an extra fee for card payments.
  • Cash payment — accepted at the company office in Armenian dram only. There is a bank and a cash withdrawal terminal (ATM) next to the office.

5) Cancellation and no-show

  • The 10,000 AMD deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
  • Late or repeated cancellations may lead to refusal of future bookings.

6) Customer responsibilities

  • Please arrive on time and provide accurate contact details.
  • You are responsible for your personal documents, belongings, and for notifying us of special needs in advance.
  • Driver safety rules (seat belts, passenger conduct, boarding rules) must be followed by all passengers.

7) Limitation of liability

  • We are not liable for delays or route changes caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or third-party venue operations.
  • When such events occur, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives; any compensation is assessed case by case.

8) Data handling

  • We collect only data required for booking and service delivery, such as name, phone, email, and trip details.
  • Your data is not sold to third parties and is used only for communication and service organization.

9) Updates to these terms

  • We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on the website.
  • Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms.
